• Discord — Join the community for real-time discussion
• Google Group — Join kagenti-contributors for shared docs and announcements

2. Explore the Project

• About Kagenti — What the project is and what it covers
• Workstreams — Active areas of development, each with its own scope and contributors
• Use Cases & Personas — Who the platform serves and what problems it solves
• Kagenti Issue Prioritization — Current priorities and open issues

3. Start Contributing

1. Read the Contributing Guide
2. Pick a workstream that matches your interest and expertise
3. Look for issues labeled good first issue or help wanted on the relevant repo
4. Fork, branch, and open a PR
